Illinois Foundation for FCCLA Activity
As in the past, we will have a silent auction to raise money for Foundation. Please bring a $10.00 gift/chapter to donate to the auction. Tickets will be for sale for a donation of 1/$1.00 or 6/$ 5.00.
Conduct and Dress
Student Conduct Forms can be found on the website. Please print a copy of the form off and reproduce for each student to sign. Members’ behavior at these meetings is the only image others in the hotels, on campus and at conference centers have of our organization. Student conduct and dress should contribute to the positive, professional image of FCCLA. Jeans, mid drift tops, and T-shirts are NOT acceptable dress for training sessions. Students may wear jeans to the evening fun activity which begins at 9:30 p.m. Advisers are responsible for enforcing this policy.
Liability and Medical Release Forms
Liability & Medical Release Forms can be found on the website. Please print a copy of the form off and reproduce for each student to sign. The insurance company that covers the liability for Illinois FCCLA requires that this form by on file with the state office for every meeting. One signed copy covers the student for all meetings this school year.
